NG SANGAM - 2023

NG Sangam was founded on the concept of multi-level training, first conducted in New Zealand, and later in India by our Transactional Analysis mentor and guide Charlotte Daellenbach. These multi-level TA training workshops were devised and designed by Charlotte with the purpose of bringing together trainees from different developmental levels, for a few days, to learn from each other. Community learning, with a unified goal of enhancing TA competencies brought a spirit of mutuality and sharedness, promoting the values of Transactional Analysis.

After a gap of four years, the 9th Sangam of Nitya Gurukula will be held in January 2023.

Sangam, in India is a confluence or meeting of rivers, or even poets as in Tamil Sangam, considered a sacred space. It is believed to provide opportunities for bidding farewell to the past and creating a future.

NG Sangam is a confluence: of experiences, ideas, emotions, concepts and ideologies, of all Nitya Gurukula participants- clients, trainees, workshop participants and well-wishers. It creates a space and environment to download past burdens, upload knowledge and experiences, for paving the way for new beginnings. It is intended for transforming us to meet challenges, personally, professionally and organisationally- to prepare and equip each of us with renewed intent and energy to grow beyond our comfort zones. A socially relevant theme is chosen for every NG Sangam to unify participants' focus, drawing attention to their goals.

How is Sangam 2023 Different?

For the first time, all NG Members, clients, trainees, workshop participants and well-wishers are participating in Sangam 2023. An inclusive transformational approach will create a holistic experience for all participants.

Sangam 2023 with Tai Chi, Breathwork, TA & Spirituality and more is spread over 5 days: 2 days of TA Training, 1 day for NG newsletter/Podcast launches and 2 days of transformational workshops.

Goals may differ but each of us is sure to benefit by engaging with people from different areas and spheres. A new experience adds value to our personal and professional selves. Welcome to NG Sangam'23 to connect, share, discuss, dialogue for becoming alive, aware and making a difference within, in relationships and in the environment.
