Which you did, ably, diligently and committedly.
Step by step your potentials unfolded,
A helping hand you always extended
You were with us – a friend, a guide, a trainee
Ready to give, and take – knowledge and feedback
Moving beyond comfort zones, beyond your years.

Grew with NG, evolving in confidence
In knowledge and skills; digesting and using
Feedback from trainer and peers,
Growing and developing as a trainer
Step by step, relentlessly, always
Ready to give, and take- knowledge and feedback

Your little gestures- your presence and your vision;
Reality you are no longer with us
Is sinking in- tossing us in an existential spin
